Ingredients

  • 10 oz chorizo
  • 1 oz olive oil
  • 2 oz honey
  • 4 oz red wine vinegar

Steps

  1. Put into the bowl chorizo (chopped in 1 inch pieces) and oil: 10 min. temp. Varoma speed Soft reverse.
  2. Add honey and vinegar: 15 min. temp. Varoma speed Soft reverse.
  3. Transfer chorizo in a plate, pour with the sticky sauce from the bowl and serve.
