Place crumble's ingredients into a large bowl and, using your fingers, mix the ingredients together to form a breadcrumbs, then set aside.
Put into the bowl the apples (peeled and small dice), water and cinnamon: 5 min. 210°F speed 2.
Add remain ingredients into the bowl: 10 sec. speed 3.
Check the mixture into the bowl, it must be completely combined, repeat if needed.
Pour the mixture into muffin cases (fill to 3/4) and sprinkle entire top of muffin with the crumble.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 350°F (or until crumble is golden and crunchy). The cooking time depends on the oven and size of the muffins.
