Ingredients

  • 3 tbs natural yogurt
  • 1 (frozen) bananas
  • 1 (frozen) mango

Steps

  1. Put into the bowl yogurt, banana and mango (diced and frozen): 10 sec. speed 7.
  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat if needed (check for a creamy and smooth result).
