Ingredients

  • 2 (frozen) bananas
  • 13 oz milk
  • 4 oz natural yogurt
  • 1 tbs honey
  • to taste cinnamon

Steps

  1. Put into the bowl bananas (chopped), milk, yogurt and honey: 30 sec. speed 8.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon: 10 sec. speed 6.
  3. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with more cinnamon (to taste) and serve.
