Ingredients

  • 2 oz slivered almonds
  • 7 oz coconut milk
  • 4 oz natural yogurt
  • 6 oz (frozen) blueberries
  • 1 oz maple syrup
  • 4 oz ice cubes
  • 3 oz water

Steps

  1. Put into the bowl the almonds: 10 sec. speed 9.
  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add coconut milk: 15 sec. speed 8.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add yogurt, blueberries, maple syrup, ice and water: 1 min. speed 8.
  4. Pour into the glasses, decorate with some blueberry and serve.
