Ingredients

  • 300 g (frozen) blueberries
  • 100 g whipping cream

Steps

  1. Put into the bowl frozen blueberries: 3 sec. speed 6.
  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add cream: 10 sec. speed 6.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat: 10 sec. speed 6.
  4. Check for a creamy and smooth result, repeat one more time if needed.
  5. Spoon the ice cream into serving bowls and decorate (to taste) with fresh blueberries.
