Compatibile with Thermomix TM5 and TM31
- 1 (roughly chopped) leek
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 slices bacon
- 2 large breasrs chicken
- 1 oz olive oil
- 13 oz arborio rice
- 4 cups chicken stock
- to taste parmesan
- Put into the bowl leek and garlic: 5 sec. speed 9.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add oil and bacon (diced): 5 min. 210°F speed 2.
- Place the butterfly into the bowl and add chicken (diced): 5 min. 210°F speed 1.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and from the butterfly and add rice and stock: 16 min. 210°F speed 1 reverse.
- Serve the risotto with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
