Ingredients

  • 1 (roughly chopped) leek
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 2 large breasrs chicken
  • 1 oz olive oil
  • 13 oz arborio rice
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • to taste parmesan

Steps

  1. Put into the bowl leek and garlic: 5 sec. speed 9.
  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add oil and bacon (diced): 5 min. 210°F speed 2.
  3. Place the butterfly into the bowl and add chicken (diced): 5 min. 210°F speed 1.
  4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and from the butterfly and add rice and stock: 16 min. 210°F speed 1 reverse.
  5. Serve the risotto with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
