Compatibile with Thermomix TM5 and TM31
Ingredients
- 3 spring onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 oz olive oil
- 14 oz (canned) creamed corn
- 4 oz (canned) corn kernels
- 3,75 cups chicken stock
- 2 breasts chicken
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 whites eggs
- to taste parsley
Steps
- Put into the bowl spring onions and garlic: 5 sec. speed 5.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat: 5 sec. speed 5.
- Add oil: 3 min. 210°F speed 2.
- Add creamed corn, corn kernels, chicken stock, and chicken (well shredded): 15 min. 210°F speed 1 reverse.
- Then: 2 min. speed 1.
- Add soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, cornflour (mixed with few water) and the lightly beaten egg whites: 30 sec. speed 1.
- Serve hot with parsley.
