Compatibile with Thermomix TM5 and TM31
- 16 oz tomato passata
- 3 oz water
- 1 cloves garlic
- a pinch salt
- to taste parsley
- 6 oz single cream
- 1 oz butter
- 200 g chorizo (diced)
- 10 oz pasta
- grated cheese
- Put parsley into the bowl: 4 sec. speed 7.
- Set aside.
- Put the garlic into the bowl: 3 sec. speed 7.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add butter: 1 min. 210°F speed 1.
- Add tomato passata and salt: 3 min. 210°F speed 1.
- Add chorizo, water, half of the chopped parsley and cream: 10 min. 210°F speed Soft reverse.
- Add pasta: 10 min. 210°F speed Soft reverse.
- Check the time suggested on the pasta package for a better result.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, stir with grated cheese and the garnish with the remaining parsley and serve.
