Ingredients

  • 9 oz cream cheese
  • 6 oz butter
  • 8 oz icing sugar
  • 1 tsp (essence) vanilla

Steps

  1. Put into the bowl cream cheese, butter (soften), sugar and vanilla: 20 sec. speed 5.
  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat: 20 sec. speed 5.
  3. Check for a creamy and smooth result and use the frosting on cake or cupcakes.
