Creamy mushroom soup
Compatibile with Thermomix TM5 and TM31
Ingredients
- 1 oz olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 oz milk
- 10 oz mushroom
- to taste parsley
- a pinch salt
- to tast pepper
- 4 oz white wine
- 14 oz vegetable stock
- 1 oz parmesan
- 7 oz cream cheese
Steps
- Put into the bowl oil and garlic: 3 min. 210°F speed Soft reverse.
- Remove garlic and add mushrooms (diced): 3 min. 210°F speed 1.
- Add milk: 2 min. 210°F speed 1.
- Add parsley, salt, pepper and wine: 10 min. 210°F speed 1.
- Add stock: 10 min. 210°F speed 1.
- Add parmesan and cheese: 30 sec. vel. 8.
- Let it rest for some minutes and serve.
Notes
- For a more creamy result add 4 oz of heavy cream.
- For a more smooth result cook at 250°F for more 5 minutes.
