Ingredients

  • For the lemon curd
  • 2 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz butter
  • 3 oz sugar
  • 1 eggs
  • For the cake
  • 5 oz self raising flour
  • 2 oz butter
  • 3 oz sugar
  • 1 eggs

Steps

  1. Put into the bowl all ingredients for the lemon curd: 5 min. 210°F speed 4.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Put into the bowl all ingredients for the cake: 1 min. speed 4.
  4. Pour half cake mixture into the tin (graced).
  5. Pour all the lemon curd over.
  6. Add the ramining cake mixture all over the lemon curd.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
