Compatibile with Thermomix TM5 and TM31
Ingredients
- 18 oz water
- 21 oz sweet potato
- 1 oz butter
- 1 oz light cream
- 1 tsp salt
- to taste pepper
Steps
- Put the potatoes (peeled and diced) into steaming basket.
- Put water into the bowl and set steaming basket in place: 17 min. 250°F speed 2.
- Check for cooked potatoes and set aside.
- Drain water and put into the bowl (empty) butter: 2 min. 120°F speed 2.
- Add the cooked potatoes: 10 sec. speed 5.
- Place the butterfly into the bowl and add cream, salt and pepper: 30 sec. speed 4.
- Serve with butter.
