Ingredients

  • 3 yolks eggs
  • 1 oz maple syrup
  • 2 tsp apple vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 oz olive oil

Steps

  1. Place the butterfly into the bowl and add yolks, maple syrup, vinegar and salt: 1 min. 120°F speed 3.
  2. While working slowly add oil from the top: 5 min. 120°F speed 3.
  3. Check the result and adjust by your taste.
