Mocha coffee mix
Compatibile with Thermomix TM5 and TM31
Ingredients
- half cup instant coffee
- half cup cocoa powder
- half cup sugar
- to taste vanilla
- 1 cup powdered milk
Steps
- Put into the bowl coffee, cocoa, sugar, vanilla and powdered milk: 1 min. speed 8.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl: 1 min. speed 9.
- Transfer the mix in an airtight jar and store.
For use
- 1 cup of hot water and 2 tsp of mix.
