Compatibile with Thermomix TM5 and TM31
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 14 oz (canned) chickpeas
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz olive oil
- half tsp salt
- 7 oz (roasted) pumpkin
Steps
- Put into the bowl the garlic clove: 5 sec. speed 6.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add drained chickpeas and all of the others ingredients: 20 sec. speed 4.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat: 20 sec. speed 4.
- Check for a creamy and smooth result, for a smoother result add few water and mix again: 20 sec. speed 4.
- Transfer in the fridge until needed.
