Sweet and sour sauce
Compatibile with Thermomix TM5 and TM31
- 12 oz pineapple juice
- 1,5 oz brown sugar
- 1 oz (white) rice vinegar
- 3 oz tomato ketchup
- 1 oz sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tsp corn flour
- Add all ingredients (except corn flour) into the bowl: 5 min. 100° speed 3.
- Blend cornflour with water to make a paste (follow instructions on individual packaging).
- Add the paste through hole and simmer the sauce: 4 min° 80° speed 3.
- When timer is finished sauce is ready.
- Add veg as required, I usually add pieces of pepper, tomato and carrot at the end so they are crunchy.
